Do you offer local pickups? 

The Homebodies is an online-only shop, so local pick-up is not an option at this point. All orders placed will be shipped for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer domestic shipping within the US. As our shop continues to grow, we hope to look at offering international shipping in the future.

How can I edit my shipping address after I already placed an order?

If your order is being shipped to an incorrect address or the shipping address needs to be changed, please contact our team at hello@thehomebodies.co ASAP. Items that are returned to us due to improper or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Why hasn't my order arrived/why haven't I received my package?

The Homebodies is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or stolen once a package has been shipped, or for packages that are marked as delivered but are not received by the customer. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind and encourage you to be mindful when making purchases. If you have any issues with a product arriving damaged or defective, please provide images of the damaged goods, as well as the packaging and send an email to hello@thehomebodies.co so we can address your request. What's the status of my order?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email you will be able to track your package by clicking on the tracking number to see the status of your delivery. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your confirmation email is sent

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, if you'd like to add additional products to your order, please send us an email at hello@thehomebodies.co. If your order has already been shipped you will need to purchase any additional items as a new order to be shipped separately. If you need us to cancel an order, please reach out to our team ASAP and include your order number in your cancellation request. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order until it is returned to us which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

I'd love The Homebodies to carry my product. How can I apply?

We love supporting sustainable n' functional goods from small-batch makers,  conscious brands, and uplifting female and BIPOC-owned businesses. If you think your products would be a perfect fit for The Homebodies shop, we encourage you to fill in the Vendor Application Form here, and we’ll be in touch! 

What sustainable business practices do you have in place at The Homebodies?

All the items we create and curate in our store are chosen with sustainability in mind. From the sourced materials to the packaging we ship to you, there is intention every step of the way!
